♡ You must provide a reference with color or color descriptions (unless it is a design comm)♡ Rudeness and hostility will not be tolerated and will result in me declining or cancelling your commission♡ You must give proper credit if commission is used or uploaded on any social media♡ If you have commissioned a Live2D model from me, you must credit me as your model artist in the bio/about section of any social media you upload content using it

˚₊‧꒰ა Payment ໒꒱ ‧₊˚

♡ Complexity in designs or backgrounds may cause the price to increase♡ All commissions must be paid in full beforehand, unless a payment plan is agreed on♡ All payments will be made through Venmo or PayPal, and an invoice will be sent once payment and terms are agreed upon♡ I will not start on your artwork until you have paid me in full. If you need to work with a payment plan, I would be more than happy to accommodate you, so please feel free to ask! But I will not finish the art nor will you receive the finished file until I have been paid in full.

˚₊‧꒰ა Copyright Policy ໒꒱ ‧₊˚

♡ I hold all rights to the produced drawing♡ Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for promotional use in any place or website, publishing books/portfolios with, and posting wherever applicable to me or my profession as needed♡ The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise. The commissioner is allowed to print the art, claim the rights of their character(s), and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit to the artist♡ Commercial usage is permitted with an extra fee. Please ask me about it first. Things that constitute commercial usage: using the commissioned art on merch, or anything you are using to make a profit. All of my Live2D models come with a commercial fee included, you will not have to pay extra. You may use my art as a profile picture/banner on your streaming service of choice for no extra charge as long as proper credit is given.♡ The commissioner is not permitted at any time to modify, edit or change work without permission from the artist. Cropping the art for an icon or changing the background color is fine!♡ The commissioner is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art for non fungible tokens or AI art. Use of my art for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or AI art is strictly prohibited

˚₊‧꒰ა Process ໒꒱ ‧₊˚

♡ Once I receive payment, I will start on your commission. I may have other commissions beforehand, and therefore it may take a bit of extra time before yours gets started. You can check the current commissions I am working on here♡ I will send progress shots when I have finished the sketch and lineart, I may also send progress shots to ask if certain poses/expressions are alright. Progress shots will be given whenever asked. When you are given a progress shot, let me know if you would like anything changed, as it is very difficult to change things once I have started coloring♡ Your commission may take anywhere from a couple days to a couple months depending on complexity, how many commissions I already have and health issues (i am chronically ill and disabled)♡ If there is a deadline you need the commission by please let me know before payment so I can make sure it is doable♡ Finished commissions will be sent via google drive link to our primary source of communication (twitter or discord) to avoid compression of the finished product

˚₊‧꒰ა Revision Policy ໒꒱ ‧₊˚

♡ I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied with your commission, however please note that once I am finished with a piece of art, that it is very difficult to make large changes♡ Small changes will be done for free, such as minor coloring/marking mistakes, or if I forgot an accessory♡ Any large changes will require an extra charge, so please be very specific with what you want when you commission me, and PLEASE speak up when I send you the sketch. If there is anything you want changed, let me know when you receive the sketch and I will change it, it is very difficult to change things once I have started coloring, and even more so once I have finished

˚₊‧꒰ა Refund Policy ໒꒱ ‧₊˚

♡ You cannot cancel or demand a refund from me once I have already started on your commission, unless a deadline is agreed upon beforehand and I am unable to make it♡ If you file a chargeback against me at all, especially once I have started on your commission or you have received the finished product, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be rescinded and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyersYou will also be forbidden to commission me ever again, and I will publicly notify other artists to avoid you♡ I also have every right to file a complaint via paypal and retrieve the funds through any due legal process
